How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via UPS or USPS generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy for boots and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of outdoor wear or scuffing on the soles.
How do I know what size cowboy boot to order?
Most western boots run slightly larger than athletic shoes. We recommend ordering a half-size down from your standard sneaker size, or consulting our detailed size guide located on each product page.
Do you offer hat shaping and cleaning services?
While we do not offer online shaping, all Russell's Western Wear physical retail locations provide professional felt and straw hat shaping and cleaning for our customers.
Can I track my package once it has been sent?
Yes, as soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We are looking into expanding to international shipping in the near future.
